Legal notice

HARTIE is responsible for the data that you send with the demo form.

We receive your name, your work email, the name of your mall and your role.

We use this data only to answer your demo request. You make this request before a possible contract. This is the legal basis of this processing (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep your request for 3 years after our last exchange. Then we delete it.

We use your IP address only to stop robots and repeated requests. We do not record it with your request.

Your request goes through these service providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting, in Germany), Cloudflare (robot check), Mailjet (sends the email, in the European Union) and Microsoft 365 (our mailbox).

Cloudflare and Microsoft are companies in the United States. The EU–US Data Privacy Framework covers these transfers.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also tell us to stop using it. To do this, write to contact@hartie.ai.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can make a complaint to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

This site sets no cookies itself. It only keeps your theme choice, light or dark, in your browser. The demo form uses the Cloudflare robot check (Turnstile). It can read or store technical information on your device to recognise robots. It is used only for the security of the form, not to track you.
